I would love a tart pan! Removeable bottom tart pans are perfect for raw desserts.
There are so many things I want for my kitchen! I might use that gift card to replace my kitchen scale with a better one... or maybe to treat myself to one of the Le Creuset grill pan they have on sale right now! :)

I know exactly what I'd get- a new immersion blender! Mine JUST broke yesterday and I don't have the money to replace it... I don't know what I'm going to do without it :-( No more tofu pudding for awhile I guess.
I would get a new set of whisks that wouldn't mess up the bottom of my pans! Last time I made a roux I cut up the bottom of my really nice sauce pan. Whomp whomp. :(
